Hello Everyone, As I mentioned in our League Meetings on getting Media Coverage on the Sport of Swimming, Stan Gravois on the Friday Night Sports HTV Show (11:00 pm but replays on Saturday and Sunday at the same time) will run a section on each weekly show dedicated to swimming. He would like to announce the Team Scores, those Swimmers who set new Pool Records and your “Swimmer of the Week” (could be the same Swimmer).
In order to provide Stan this information each week, I need each Host Team to provide the scores for the Dual Meet and the list of Swimmer(s) who broke Pool Records and what stroke. Finally, I will need each Team to provide their Swimmer of the Meet.
Stan mentioned placing the results on our SCSA Website, which I agree on doing and will get with our Webmaster Jared in providing a link.
With it being Thursday and show to air tomorrow, please provide the information requested ASAP!!!
Also, there could be a possibility that a HTV Cameraman will be at your Dual Meet. This will be great coverage for our sport of swimming and thanks to Stan for covering!!!

| Clarification of a USA Swimmer |

| A Swimmer shall be classified as a USA Swimmer if he/she registers with USA Swimming for the purpose of practicing and/or competing with a USA Swimming Coach/Team at any time before, during, or after any given Summer Swim Season. A Swimmer who is obligated due to a high school obligation to practice under the direction of a USA Swimming Coach will not be considered a USA Swimmer as long as that Swimmer is practicing with his/her assigned High School Team during the high school swim season. If at any time a High School or Summer League Swimmer chooses to practice or compete with a USA Swimming Coach or Team, he/she shall be considered a USA Swimmer. If a Swimmer registers as a USA Swimmer for the sole purpose of attending a swim camp, and never practices with a USA Swimming Coach or Team outside of the Swim Camp for which he/she is registered, the Swimmer will not be classified as a USA Swimmer. |
